Sometimes life becomes art and sometimes art becomes life. We all experience certain events in our lifetime that when the memory of them is recalled we can paint the perfect picture of it in our minds. That to me is life becoming art. Other times, we learn to see life through an artistic point of view; starting to look at objects in real life and automatically conjure up the paint colors needed in order to create the exact color of the object. To me, life and art have always gone hand in hand. Whenever words can’t be found, art is there to fill the gap. I use my art to portray more than words can express, from the colors I pic out to the angle I use for the piece I am working on. The purpose of my art is to hopefully make people feel something and capture feelings and moments that words aren’t able to describe. Art is an imitation of life, not an exact replica, so my goal is to create something that illustrates life, not imitates it.
